General Admission
Policy
Virginia Intermont recognizes that
college students today come with varied backgrounds of preparation, with
diverse interests, and with differing aims and purposes. The College seeks to
accommodate any applicant who can profit from the programs offered.
Applicants are evaluated individually with consideration given to ability,
interests, preparation, character, and potential as indicated by school
records and test results. Technical standards for specific majors are
available below and in each academic department as appropriate.
